Sleepless night, bandit is very poorly, and at the vets (Boxer- continuous vomiting)

My poor Bandit is in the vets..........he has been very poorly , started being sick at about 3am yestaday morning.........took him to the vets about 12 noon , vet xrayed him, incase he had eaten something and it has gotten stuck in his gut...........nothing showed up on xray..........so she gave him, a dose of anti sickness med.......to see if it would settle his stomach............ but I think by 5pm the med had worn of............all he wanted to do was go outside , and be sick............... I have never seen a dog be so sick......... all he was doing was walking in circles "panting" than being "sick"............I phoned my vet again, and said I was bringing him straight back................

she decided to keep him in over night, put him on a drip to rehydrate him, and scope his stomach ,gave him antibiotics, and pain relief................

I have spoke to vet this morning, she said he has had a good night, they are going to intrduce water, and food today, and if he keeps it down they will let him home to day..........

So please keep him in your thought, and hope he can come home later today.
