The cigarette thief

I brought my OH a packet of cigarettes this afternoon. I put them on the side table next to him, in plain sight of everyone, including Luca.

He went to pick them up, and they'd disappeared As he was passing the door, he asked me why his ciggies were outside

It happens that Luca was obviously getting her own back for my OH hiding her ball, by nicking his fags and running off with them
