Livestock training

Wondered if anyone knew of any Livestock training courses in the Berks/Bucks/Surrey area.

Just out of curiosity really. Lodger's currently fascinated by sheep. He's never chased/ been given the opportunity to chase them, but it would be nice to see if he could reliably leave them be - and not have the initial "Wow Whaasat?" reaction.

Same with cows. At the moment he'll leave them be if they're far enough away not to be perceived as threatening. Barked his head off at them last weekend but it was a large young bull and it was following us at a distance of about four feet. Stopped if I touched him but frankly it wasn't the time or place for ignore the cow training.

I believe they run livestock workshops at the Rodger Mugford site in Chertsey - Ruxbery Farm .

Thanks all... and I meant the dog stopped barking if I touched the dog. The cow just closed the gap...

Chertsey's pretty local.

Looks like an hour session for 50pounds. Found another Lady on the welsh borders who runs 4 day course too. Maybe I need a walking holiday next year.

What I actually need to do is work on Leave. Got a metal block on that one. Leave currently applies to bisuits on the floor and anything in the house that is mine. Not good enough!
