So because her dog isn't a banned breed they won't take it off her? That's ridiculous, surely the dogs could've been taken off her for being off lead & out of control in public!

I agree, I mean if I was walking down the road using a weapon to imtimadate people it wouldn't really matter whether it was a machette or a kitchen knife would it, I'd still be done, and the weapon taken off me, but with dogs it seems that in the eyes of the law only certain breeds can do damage
