Chris, I was told it's once every 10 years....will have to check as I will be due soon.
Appointment with the nurse this afternoon, I like her and we spend ages chatting about dogs lol... priorities and all that.
Off to pick some money off Steve soon, handy having him on this route, I get paid back quicker lol

Damp and a bit windy but at least we can get out without being blown over If the fence blows down Kelly it will be in to my garden

Well, seen the nurse.....she is adamant that it's drug related, I have to live on veg again.... virtually no carbs at all and go back in a week, she has referred me to a healthy lifestyle place but they don't answer the phone...tried 3 times
