Shady being Sick again

I'm now at a complete loss as to what is going on with her. It was 2 weeks ago she strted being sick, then she spent 3 days in vets on a drip last week, all blood tests and x-rays revealed nothing, On Thur she came home and although not looking herself she had stopped being sick. She seemed to pick up over the weekend and looked almost back to normal, then yesterday afternoon seemed a bit quieter and in the evening started the sickness again. She is looking very down and quiet this morning as if she is about to be sick.
She is still on the ID diet being fed small amounts every 2 hours, so what the heck is wrong with her, surely after 2 weeks she should be back to normal. She is really worrying me and I'm not sure if I should be taking her back to the vets as don't know what else they can do.
Has anyone else had this with one of thier dogs?
Its her 2nd birthday today as well and she is spending it feeling ill poor girl.

A trip to the vets I think. Maybe they can do something different?

I have just spoken to the vet on the phone. She is going to have a word with the other vet but thinks now she will refer her to a specialist clinic near Newmarket for endoscopy and samples to be taken.
I have to go and pick up some more ID diet for her this morning and she said she will have a chat with me then.

Oh I do hope things will get better for Shady sooner, rather than later. Big hugs to Shady from Loki and me too. Please do post the results.

I was going to suggest an endoscopy, but you beat me too it.

Hopefully this will uncover what's wrong with her.

Awww poor Shady and poor you, I know how worried I was about my lot and they were nowhere near as ill as she has been.

Is there any chance she could have swallowed/eaten something that they haven't been able to trace. I know when someone that had one of my pups took him to the vet as he was being sick it transpired he had eaten some pot pourri about a week before he showed any symptoms. One of the little balls was lodged in his bowel.

I do hope they manage to find out what is wrong with her so that they can get on and make her better.

Special birthday hugs for her xxx

Is it the Animal Health Trust they are referring you to? We refer a lot of our clients there (we are an essex based practice) and they are fantastic!
Glad they are referring her for tests though and not just using guess work, hopefully they will be able to get to the bottom of the problem!

Big hugs to you and Shady! xxx
