Kong fillers, any ideas?

Hi Guys.

At the moment I use peanut butter to fill Willow's King with. She really seems to enjoy it, but I'm sure there must be other more nutritional, or at least more tooth kind fillers I can use.

Any ideas please? What do you fill your dog's kong with?

Cheese
peanut butter
banana
normal food (kibble)
tinned food
Dog biscuits

I use a mixture of all of the above - making layers, and filling gaps with different things, to make it more exiting.

You can put pretty much anything in a kong! Be inventive!

There is always left over tatties going in this house! Never thought on adding them to a kong with other goodies.

I'm sure I seen somewhere online mentioning that potatoes are bad for dogs? I'm not sure where though....

Cooked potatoes are ok, they must be cooked not raw, they are carbohydrate rich and should of course be deducted from the total daily food requirement

As always everything in moderation so don't feed them every day
