BEWARE of Tesco Fuel

If you fill up at Tesco Or Morrisons Don't.

Trading standards are looking into it as there seems to be a problem with Tesco fuel although of course Tesco are keeping quiet about it :.
Also a problem with Morrisons too. So advisable to use elsewhere, especially for the time being.
My sons assistant manager has problems with his car now after it being filled with Tesco Fuel as does someone else he knows.
Mind you a mot garage told my son last year Tesco fuel will shorten the life of your car and advised against it.

Whoops - I filled up yesterday - at Morrisons!! I haven't found any problems and I always go to Morrisons, it's the nearest and the cheapest!! However I am not in the South East, more the North East.

We couldnt work out what was wrong with our car untill Ste heard this on the news. We ran the car untill it was empty and filled up at a different petrol station, since then the problems with the car have gone,

i alway use BP ultimate unleaded ,when i fill at tesco or asda ( if i am desperate ) my car hates it ...its like it has no gutts

Luckily I've been filling up at Shell recently and my car is a diesel anyway. I used to use Tesco but seemed to be getting better power & mpg from Shell at the same price. Granted, no club card points, but hey...

I use a web site to find the cheapest fuel in my area (That ain't Tesco.) Google 'petrol prices'. You need to register but it costs nowt!

Our car is in the garage at the moment with this They phoned up last night to confirm it and are waiting on a new sensor - it's a right pain!!
