Life is good....

at the moment.

I've just finished my last bit of supervision and work for my Lvl 3 NVQ in Health & Social Care. Been months of work but now its done, hooray!

The diet is still going well (weigh in is next Thursday) and I've come down over 4 dress sizes since it started. Still got a way to go yet, even if people start saying I shouldn't lose any more weight.... party poopers. I don't even get the need to snack anymore, so its getting a lot easier.

I'm even feeling better about losing Mum too, I have my moments, but they are getting less frequent.

Now just to got to book the hotel for our French holidays in August.... can't wait!

ahh well done you firstly on work front 2nd on the diet all well deserved achiements ,glad your findi8ng the loss of your mum easier to cope with the pain will always be there but is easier to deal with with each passing day.
And lastly enjoy ur french holiday a well deserved break away .
