A sure sign there are flying ants!

The Seagulls take to the air to eat them!

The noise is deafening!

We're having the same here, I've had to shut the front patio's, they're all whizzing around out there coming out of the woods, but they haven't gone round the back yet. We usually get seagulls this time of night, but tonight, nothing which is strange with all that food about for them.

I just sprayed some ants on a wall out the back, and then I noticed another nest which was flying ants, so I sprayed that too, loved watching them all scurrying about half dead welllll they're ants aren't they So I thought I'd set off this big swarm out the front, but maybe it wasn't me then

They have started around the front now, I don't know where they all come from.

My DiL is paranoid about them, all doors and windows are shut tight as soon as they start to fly, even in this heat.

We had the flying ants yesterday.

We get seagulls here now but none around when you need them.

We have flying ants in the woods, but nothing down here. Gulls...yes, we have plenty of those ruddy rats with wings, but no flying ants. We have harvest flies too, I think they are called thunderbugs in England.
