And in my experience gives about the same level of control as a regular collar. I tried it and went back to the Halti simply because at least then I could control my dog while teaching him not to pull

my 3 collies wear headcollars,i struggled with flat collars for months,till i realised i was dreading walks,as they pulled so hard,there was a danger i could be dragged into the road or they could.To my eternal shame I have been unable to train them to walk nicely,yet my eldest dog is in the top class at our club,does heelwork to music,and all 3 can do lovely heelwork in class,so I clearly cant be completly hopeless.Walks are now a pleasure again.I dont like using headcollars,but as I seem incapable of teaching them to walk properly,I find it much easier.For this reason,I wouldnt like any training aid being banned.
