At least he now knows love and care and comfort in his life. And you will do what is best for him.

Well so far, it is looking like the chemical castration is having the desired affect. Brilliant.

He did wee in his beds and dribbled all over the floor Thursday night, but there where no wee's and no wet beds friday saturday or Sunday, day or night

SO it looks like Mirks prostate has been growing due to testosterone and now with chemicals, we will hopefully be able to control it.

He also seems much brighter in himself, now that he is having pain killers and antibiotics, So I can only assume that he was in some pain with it.

We have to wait until Monday to see what the vet thinks but so far it is looking very good indeed. I cant tell you how pleased everyone is. Mirk has had several visitors over the weekend from concerned friends and we are all overjoyed that he has picked up so well. Fingers crossed he will be with us for a long time to come now we are finally getting to the bottom of his problems.

Has anyone got experience of this chemical castration thing on a long term basis?
