Cant get a staight answer!!!!
trying to sort out my horse insurance - on an extended injury only cover because they havent recieved my bank details and other info i sent off 2 weeks ago........... me thinks its not going to get ther.....!!!!
all i get is a machine with crapy music - when i do get toa real person (who was polite for once!) - she couldnt help me ,,,,, soooo throught to the sales department who i then spoke to a depressingly happy foreigner - who sung at me when she spoke
and they are ringing me back between 12-2 fabulous! i now have to sit in for 2 hours!! great!
so i shall be ringing them no doubt tomorow, because i dont think they will rung me back somehow - last time i spoke to someone at the sales department - they were so rude i hung up, so no doubt its on my file as rude customer
all because i want to pay £200 less this year!!!!!! why oh why didnt i just stay with NFU!!!!!
i think its passed my cooling off period as well!!!,, crap!
