Induction depending on method can be more painful and dependent on hospital can have implications for birth positions.Drip induction can be quicker and more painful and you have less freedom to move around/. Not sure about the gel.

I had two induced labours (with gel) first took 26 hours, the second 40 minutes!!!! Third emergency c-section at 31 weeks and fourth planned section and sterilisation......aint going there again.....lol.

Thanks all but the only delivery i had today was a lovely bunch of flowers from my O/H I'm still in one peice drinking rasberry leaf tea.
I looked for a nice fresh pineapple in town but they were all hard and not very ripe!

Thinking of you Hayley don't worry and don't go taking anything that might upset you. Baby will come when it is ready. I know the wait is awful, I had an induction with my last as he was 10 days overdue and the labour was no different really to my others, painwise I mean. I have a new grandson due next week, and my dil is fed up already and she hasn't got to the date yet. Hope it happens for you soon and you have an easy time.
