I have never heard of them either. If they are some form of appitite supressant please be very very careful. I'm not a fan at all of those type of tablets the best way and only way to loose weight is not to diet but to eat sensebly.

If these are appitite suppressants please please don't take them throw them away NOW. I had a really bad experience with these as a teenager which I don't want to go into on a public forum but they will do more harm than good.

I have allways weighed around 8 stone all my adult life. I keep the same weight by eating sensibly I don't cut anything out if I want a packet of crisps i'll have a packet of crisps i'll just make sure it's one packet not 10 The more you deprive your body of something the more you want it which is why diets don't work. Drink loads and loads of water, eat sensibly and excercise the dogs please don't take any tablets I ended up in hospital

I have to agree with Jake on this Jax, please don't take them.

Bulk out your meals with carbs (pasta, rice, and oats) or plenty of veg. All of these help you feel fuller for longer.

Make sure you have three meals a day. Skipping breakfast has your blood sugar diving into your boots When you do eventually have something, you'll eat for England.

As the saying goes, breakfast like a king, lunch like a prince and dinner like a pauper.

My sister had her gallbladder out earlier this year and she finds it hard to lose weight too. Does it make it harder to lose weight when you have it out.
