Really sad news

Suddenly three weeks ago my bitch who is 11 developed a severe limp. She has been in for tests today & it is a bone cancer a secondary from the mammery cancer she had last year, As she is coping with the pain killers she's now on I've opted for palliative care till she tells me its time to go.

So sorry to hear your bad news. It really is devastating to know what's going on, but at least you can now live every day to the full with her and make the most of every single second so that more and more good memories can be made.

The biggest of hugs for your girl (and you too) xxx

I've been there and had to make that decision as have a few of us on here and sadly there is no good outcome with Bone Cancer. After seeing the xrays for mine I opted for pts while still sedated as although he was still full of life the bone was so thin in his left front leg it could have snapped at any time and I couldn't put him through that. I wish you both well x

A sad and difficult decision for you to have to make. I hope the painkillers work for as long as possible, and, when it comes, the end is peaceful. Love and sympathy to you both.

Lost my big man to bone cancer last year. The hardest thing in the world. My thoughts are with you. Sending you big hugs that I'm sure you both can share.
