MP3 player help

Right, my MP3 player is deciding to be a git and wont let me put any new songs on. Ive deleted some old ones so theres enough space, but when uploading em through Windows media player it just goes An error occured.
Any ideas what to do?

what error is the media player sayin?

Have you tried another media player?

What mp3 player you got? also what about the software for that player surely it came with some
