Before he went to Uni, he worked in an Italian resteraunt in Chester Siddolis ....he started off as a waher upper and graduated to helping the chef. I think that is where he gets his skills LOL

I do the beef stew and dumplings, chicken soup, curry, spag bols and he does the fancy stuff
