Really strong double ended lead?

Can anyone please recommend a really strong, double ended lead, of 'normal' length...?

I've tried the Halti training lead - it wasn't strong enough so ideally am looking for something a bit tougher.

I definitely need double ended as I now have a harness (kindly recommended by DOBERMANN on this site) to which I can attach the lead both at the front and also on Dex's back.

Thanks in advance for any recommendations

You can buy leather ones which should be nice and strong. Can't remember where I saw some the other day but I'll try to find a link

Try places that make horse equipment. Many of them also do dog leads and will make them to the length/specification you want

Look for a good leather one. The best ones I have are leather. I had them made specially, but if you google it you'll easily find some strong leather training leads. The leather ones are comfy for your hands too unlkie nylon or rope which can chafe your hands.

I have leather leads but they have one big disadvantage especially if, like you, you have a dog that lunges and pulls. Leather is slippery when wet and can slide through your hand in the heat if you have sweaty hands.

I have my leads made for me out of the same stuff they make sticky reins!

There are various websites that make lines like this as long as you like and will put a trigger hook at both ends.
