Do dog's get pimples?

I have a 2 year old Rat Terrier that was resued from the pound and he has what looks like pimples on his stomach. Do dog's get pimples and if so can you get rid of them? Just curious.

Yes they can - one of my dogs had junior canine acne, little pimples on his chin. They were quite angry looking but a trip to the vet sorted him out in the end

The little red lumps on his belly may be an indication that he has an allergic reaction to something maybe fleas or grass?

Thanks for the advice. I feel better knowing that I am not losing my mind by thinking that dog's get acne.
