Best brush for daily use

My 3 border collies enjoy getting a brush every day but their old brush is pretty much useless now (given that its almost 10 years old i'm not surprised , lol)

I already have a furminator , but what's the best brush for daily use on double coated dogs ?

I was just looking at this ... what do you guys reckon ?

I've got a sheltie and have just started using a furminator on him, I'm having good results with it but at the moment I'm still preferring the Mikki undercoat rake which I've used on all my shelties.

I bought one of those for Pereg and she absolutely hated it, so on the advice of my dog trainer [who has double-coated dogs] I bought a small shedding blade [he uses a large one as his dogs are large].

She is happy with me using it on her and it works. It was also a heck of a lot cheaper than a furminator.

I use the slicker that you've linked two to three times a week on Roxy and a shedding blade (like the one linked below) once a week (after using the slicker brush).

She is a double coated Collie cross with a thick, short coat.

Her undercoat is grey and white and her outer coat is black (trust her to be an oddball!). I tried a Furminator but it would leave her looking very patchy.

For daily use I brush my golden retriever with a cheap human plastic brush. I find they get through her coat and I've got a selection to choose from, some with pins and others with bristles. Best grooming tool I have though is the undercoat rake.
