New radiators, finish/connection?

I have had my first new radiator fitted today and I am not too happy. They seem to have pushed two white plastic pipes through the wall in the centre below the radiator. This has actually broken the plaster and left a raggedy hole. I will be speaking to them tomorrow but in the meantime wondered if anyone who has had radiators fitted recently could post pics so that I can compare?

Excuse the mess Hun....I haven't tidied up, but british gas fitted this one yesterday and have two more to go as they have leaked with the power of the new boiler.

Thanks for that, I assume they have used existing pipework though as it comes from the floor? They don't seem to fit them like that anymore and I don't like the new way at all. Plastic bendy pipes coming out from the wall!
