I have spent most of my day behind the wheel and have been looovvving it.

Takes me back to my school days!

Since they got rid of Chris Moyles, I havent had Radio 1 on at all, cant be bothered with it now, so I missed the rock stuff. It isnt my cup of tea nowadays but it was really into it when I was a teenager.

Moyles didnt get sacked-he left by his own choice.He was fed up with doing early mornings and wanted to further his career in tv etc.

Radio 1 has gone downhill without him though. His replacement Grimmy has as much personality as a strawberry trifle and he sounds like Dale Winton. I listened to his first breakfast show for 15 minutes before switching to R2.

I love grimmy! Moyles' contract wasnt renewed as he is freelance they called it a day as he was attracting an older audience than r1 was targeting, it has taken me until this week to like grimmy tho, i dont like change

I rarely listen to it now Moyles has gone - Grimshaw's voice is like nails down a blackboard to me.
