Dry food suggestions please

Mads has had her allergy blood tests done and she is not allergic to anything. The vet thinks that at the moment there is nothing physically wrong with her although the loose stools hasnt stopped. We are trying some herbal remedies to make her generally calmer as she thinks the loose stools is linked to excitement when out on walks. Mads can now come off the zd prescription diet, the vets suggested putting her onto something about 18% protein and less than 7% ash. Any suggestions?? Vet suggested Chappie or Bakers?? Bakers is definately not happening and I'm considering Chappie!

My sister used to feed her springer on chappie, after a recommendation from a vet - this must have been 10 years ago. Her springer lived to a ripe old age on it.

Mads may not be allergic but she may not be able to tollerate certain foods, try giving her a no grain-no rice- no beet pulp diet, which has a high meat content and minimal carbs (the ZD diet has almost 60% carbs in it ) meat protien is all a dog needs, so skimping on the protiens is not healthy.

You can do a hell of a lot worse than Chappie. And my CKC used to be seriously unwell on any food, but bakers. Weirdo. Wouldn't rush to feed it to another dog though, but he lived till 14 on it!

CSJ no grainer should be nice and gentle on their tums.
