I've been Collie'd

So there I am heading across the grass up to the corkscrew when this 3 young collies flew across the grass. I'm thinking uh-oh, get Dougal in case they have a go cause for some reason a few collies round here don't like Dougal and go for him.

Anyhoo, no. Not this lot, they COMPLETELY ignored Dougal and were all over me like a ruddy rash! The owner was a farm worker and had them out for a last minute walk. One was an older boy who just sat smiling at me, the girlie sat beside me till I scratched her ears then immediately flopped onto her back.

The pup, he was 8 months old, put his paws on my chest and leaned against me looking up at me adoringly while I petted him. The owner was apologising like mad, but told him don't be daft, I loved getting cuddles from them. They were all just lovely and didn't bother with Dougal who just stood looking completely bemused by the whole thing.

I love Collie cuddles!

aw, they sound like such lovely doggies! i love when dogs are like that lol, wish jake was he loves people but when he sees a dog he is off.

There is truly nothing on earth like a Collie cuddle

They are fantastic dogs!!
I have to say that ripley at only 7months has well and truly converted me...think the breed has even overtaken gsds for me :O:O:O:O:O:O (dont tell sadie)
