Poor horse

I have just seen a horse and cart trapped on a fence down the road from me, what on earth?? well seems that somebody took the horse and cart for a ride and decided to 'park' it along one of the busiest roads in Portsmouth (the London Road, north end) and then pop into the shops leaving the horse unattended, well a bus went past (as they often do on this road theres probably 10 buses every half hour on average) and scared the horse which shot off and attempted to jump a fence but the weight of the cart has left the poor horse straddled on a fence, looks as though they will have to get a crane of some sort to lift the horse free, not entirely sure

Poor horse, will let you know the outcome if I hear anything

Oh dear, the poor horse - hope it's ok. Surely they didn't leave a horse outside a shop untethered. This is very sad - let us know if you can that all is OK with the horse.

I cant believe someone would leave their horse alone on such a busy road, the traffic along it is constant, its a nightmare
