Beautiful morning, time for a walk

I had to take some pots (whelkpots) down the shore for a mate this morning so took Ailla & Jago with (Benson was going to another part of the harbour with Trudi).

At 06:30 it was absolutely gorgeous and warm with hardly a soul about, which, being am anti social old git, I quite like.

Dropped the pots off and headed over toward Blue Pool

Walked along the path towards Rockley with the Harbour on our left

Passing lots of wild flowers (or are they weeds

Only 20 minutes in to the walk and the pair of them are no longer very clean

After a while we come to some steps that lead down to the shore and once he knows where we are heading there is no stopping him

and it's not long before Ailla joins him

After a long walk back along the shore it is time to load 'em back up in the pickup and get home but first a quick shake dry and a bit of a pose

That was it. Off home for some breakfast

Steve

Really great pics of your dogs, but seeing those pics made me sad. Up until a year and a half ago, we lived in Bournemouth and had all that lovely scenery on our doorstep, but now we live miles away from the sea in boring Somerset.

Was the bit with the steps overlooking Poole Harbour taken from Evening Hill, in between Bournemouth and Poole?
