Morning - Dogsey Daily thread - Saturday

Morning all Dogsey Peops

For the time being, everything is normal, but that will all change after my morning walk, as Dave is connecting up all his new electrics for the lounge I have every faith in him though, but since we have an empty van when my guests leave this morning, me and Zena will be up there, cos no electrics means no heating, and it's just starting sleeting yet again This means, that although I can put this thread up today, I won't be around at all to answer any of you so I apologise in advance. If all goes to plan, I will be back online by this evening, but if everything goes pete tong, then who knows lol!

I miss having our lounge and what with the plasterer not coming until next week-end, then the painter, it looks like my bedroom will be the only place of sanctuary along with the kitchen, but it'll be fab when it's done, I'm doing some before/after pics. Only the bathroom to go then, once this project is finished, not bad for one year in I don't think, but that's all down to Dave.

Lynn, good luck with the house today now that it's on the market cos Saturday is a brilliant day for viewings, but you'll hate them once they get going, but hopefully there will only be the one!

Malka, I do hope you've had a good night and Pereg has been fine, been thinking about you both.xxx

Morning grandma, so pleased to hear that, and I will keep everything crossed that it stays this way. I know nothing at all about epi, but I do know how worrying and upsetting it must be for both of you when it surfaces, because of others who have been through this over the years on here. All I do know is, how very lucky she is to have you!xxx

Good luck today Helena I hope it all goes to plan. Sleeting again what's that about we have sunshine here today. Cold though.
Done a paw wash and dry and sock change well I fed the chicken wing Gorden did the sock. The underneath of the paw is very red and sore looking. I hope that starts to clear up soon it is a bit worrying to look at. Hopefully the AB's are kicking in and will help with the healing process. Its only the 3rd day and I do know some AB's are slow to kick in. Lets hope these are.
He is walking fine on the paw and happy to have a little play so I think its irritating more than sore.
Well got to do those little jobs today on the house we didn't get done yesterday due to sore paws and running about all over the shop for different things for Dillon. Just in case we get a call for a viewing.

Malka more (((hugs))) and positive vibes for you and Pereg and glad to hear she has stayed clear of a fit during last night.

Morning H and all,

Charly and Ash got home about 1.30am this morning and we sat talking till 3.15am.
I was up by 6am though and out with lily for a walk. When I got home with her I could hear her tummy making lots of weird and wonderful noises, I know whats in store with her today so she has had some pro kolin, an antepsin tablet and some Zantac. I have also been to Tesco and bought her a chicken, which is now cooking, so she can have some chicken and rice later if she feels like it.

Tonight I am meeting my sons and their families along with Charly and Ash as one of my sons is treating me for a meal for my birthday. Just hope lily will be ok to leave as its these tummies that normally send her downhill and we end up with her in the vets on a drip. Hopefully I can avoid that by getting the meds started early enough this morning.

I hope your day goes well Helena and apparently this afternoon when this frost has gone it will be very pleasant. Beautifully sunny here this morning - long may it last. I'm sure you'll be better off down at the van anyway and well away from all the work being done. Hopefully it all goes well for Dave and your leccie will be back on by this evening.

Malka - great news about Pereg remaining seizure free last night. See ..... all that worrying about nothig Give her a hug from me and tell her to remain that way.

Lynn - The abs should kick in today so hopefully the redness will go. He sounds good in himself though A lovely sunny day so lets hope your phone rings today with viewings.

My brother is coming down later morning and staying over 'til tomorrow which will be nice. We all get on really well and he loves walking the dogs with me so a short walk this morning and a longer one this afternoon.
