Thankyou, if it was upto me she wouldn't sleep upstairs but she seems to expect it she goes up when my daughters go up to bed, I'm worried that if I don't take her down when she wNts to go she will wee upstairs

Excellent! Assuming she had no accidents, it's just as we thought. She is/was merely harassing you.

She will not go wee upstairs if you don't take her because she doesn't HAVE to go wee. She merely wants your attention!

You're doing right. She will soon realize that she is not to pester you while you're sleeping as it will get her nothing.

Also, if you truly don't want her sleeping in your bed, like if this bothers you... you can get her a dog bed and she can sleep on the floor.

I'd be horrified if my large Lab pup slept on my bed. He's too big and he tends to "dream" and thrash around and make strange noises. I like for that to be done on the floor.
