Help!

Hello everyone.

I am struggling socialising my 14 month old GSD. He is on the whole a good boy. Has basic obedience. When he sees a dog he goes crazy barking, hackles up. He will dash at them, and of course if a strange dog came chasing after my dog I would be worried. I haven't let him off lead for ages now, which is simply avoiding I know. I struggle to calm him down, he has pulled me over twice. I desperately want to improve his life. I just seem to end each walk in tears. I am so distressed that he can't just relax.

Please help!

I am afraid that I cannot give you any advice but hopefully someone with more experience than I will be along soon. In the meantime

Join a reputable training club and go every single week, here's a list of KC Good Citizen Clubs in Kent, I'm sure one of them will be near you. They will help you address the problem and give you solutions and also you and your dog will learn so many more things
