I get stopped and asked about Max all the time (to the extent people stop their cars and get out to come over, which really shocked my Dad when he first looked after him!)

Normal questions are how much did he cost, where can they get one, is he vicious, will you bred him, how much does he cost to feed. I just tell them the truth, he is a soft rescue not worth anything anymore as he has been done (so no you can't mate your dog with him) and he costs me a fortune to keep!!! That ususally puts them off

If he was entire I would worry about theives!!

My questions and answers...

Were they expensive - I say not as dear as a designer dog!
They must eat loads - about the same as a border collie actually!
They must need tons of grooming - about five minutes a week!
Are you gonna breed them? - subject to hip scores
They must need tons of exercise - as much or as little as i want.

I don't get aske if they are vicious coz they are fluffy, and fluffy dogs aren't nasty. Ever.
