So pleased for you that problems are not as bleak for Mya as you first feared. Hope the outcome is bright and everything remains on the up.

Aw Vicky that is absolutely brilliant news and I am so happy for both you and Mya. You can have a wee rest now when you get Mya home. You are an excellent mummy to her and I bet you will get loads of doggy licks from Mya, bless her.

Big cuddles from me and doggy licks from Loki xxxx

Sorry for the delay in updating (damn work!)

Popped in to see Mya this morning and took her into the vet's garden for a pee - she duly obliged.

She seems much brighter and, to be honest, a bit fed up. I think she's had enough of being incarcerated.......

Dean phoned me later on this morning asking could he shave a patch about the width of three matchboxes so he could fix a slow-release pain relief patch. I said yes, obviously. This lasts for three days, so she will be fine over the weekend.

He also said he was definitely doing the additional blood test to see if it's Addison's, and I'll get the results of that later.

I can pick her up at 6pm - whoop whoop!

Dean is working Saturday morning (he's actually getting married in the afternoon) so will be around if I need him. Such dedication!

Will post again this evening......

Thanks everyone..... you've all been just fantastic
