I have a few friends who have had work done
1 a lovely stunning girl who had no confidence because sh had no boobs - now she has boobs and is v confident
1 who lost lots of weight and had saggy skin

I do agree with these ops

I also have friends so botoxed they have no expressions left, yes when they look in the mirror they look pretty, but they look vacent when you talk to them

The wrinkles I am getting I have earnt in my life, I an a quiet person but I like that you can express and opinion with the lift of an eyebrown or curl of a lip
with botox its like talking to someone on the telephone - your not really sure

I have never liked my nose - but I think living with what I was given, something that reminds people of family members long dead, is far easier to deal with than it would be to live with things if the nose job went wrong!!

I do remember a TV programme on a while ago where they showed why teenagers were so desperate for surgery
they have only ever seen fake boobs and stuff, to then that is 'normal' and natural uneven boobs just look odd to them because they have be so exposed to the unatural

Ok...My little list...

My first surgery was a liposuction on my belly.
I had a pocket of fat that whatever I did I couldn't get rid of. Everyone use to think I was a few months pregnant.

The second. I enhanced my boobs. Not too big, just very natural. 7 years on and people can't tell they're enhanced.

Third...A small amount of botox in my for head where I frown constantly.

I always try to maintain a natural look, but it's nice to nip and tuck away those areas we hate!

I want a boob job. My boyfriend knows, and said he'd support me if I had it done, as he knows how unhappy and how little confidence I have.
Being ill made me loose my confidence, and the fact I'm so flat chested I look like a boy doesn't help.

I don't want BIG boobs, but just to have some, and to be able to look and feel feminine would be nice

When I'm better, I might save up and have them done as a treat - but obviously it depends on what my doctors say!

If someone has the money and can put up with the pain, goodluck to them. I may have 'work' in the future, if I feel like it. There is nothing wrong with the odd nip and tuck, IMO. (Mine would be facial if I had anything done).
