I have recently changed mine over to CSJ - and they love it! They were on JWB.

They also get meaty bones, raw mince, leftovers etc.

Beta puppy - all my dogs have started on this, will probably swop him onto Autarky as an adult as Ozzy did so well on it. Everyone used to comment on how his coat gleamed.

Autarky is GM & Wheat Gluten free and has lots of herbs in it (also VAT free!!) Ozzys stools were firmer, more wind-resistant (lol) and definately improved his coat. Before that his coat was dull and scurfy. Wheat is a common allergen that causes dogs to have dicky tums.

As for the science bit - not much use I'm afraid, started to glaze over at the techinalities of it all, kinda reminded me of what I felt like getting taught maths at school!

I have to confess that my girls eat what ever I put down for them.
Raw, dry, sachets, leftovers, the occasional fish! Not the one in the tank that is unwell at the mo.
If I think Molly is having bother with her bum I will feed something like pigs trotters or ribs for a couple of meals to give her a chance to clear her glands.
So, yea, I'm not very organised I guess, so they just get what there is.

Harvey eats nature's menu sachets with some james wellbeloved dry mixed in, tried him with naturediet again and he just won't eat it at all or any of the burns biscuits and he will eat almost anything.
