Well it arrived today

Cleared the condensation in seconds and so easy to use.

Yes it is, I can highly recommend it

btw they are cheaper in B&Q or from Amazon.

I think we need one of these - we have really thick stone walls and get condensation on most of the windows.

Tried a dehumidifier once, left it on overnight and there was nothing in the collection pot - so just took it back and said it didn't work
