My first JRT Pickles with friend....

Especially for Random, here are some pics of my first JRT Pickles with the blackbird I raised.

I apologise for the quality but this is a pic of a pic.

Note you can see how tame Birdie was as this is outside, and how good Pickles was as she was trained to 'stay' with anything balanced on her head (usually go-cat as I remember).

Thanks everyone

I really miss my pup, she was my first JRT and got me hooked.
I got her when I was 16 and home with chicken pox, so the whole time I was quaranteened I trained her, she was so good.
A brilliant search dog too, could hide a cat treat in the garden out of her sight and she'd find it even if under something.

...just as long as the 2nd part of the trick isn't for Pickles to flick the bird in the air and catch it in his mouth (as my OH is trying to teach Hoki with a biscuit)!
