Thanks everyone! I don't mind it taking a bit longer than expected...so long as it does! I will def post pictures when it's no longer all maybes Finished phone application tonight then they're sending out the application pack...so long as it goes through and we get to move in, nothing else is as important. We both love the house and garden and can't wait to move in! The 'to let' sign went up on our house today - surreal! I've been here almost 3 years!

Good luck. 4-6 weeks should be doable. My dads house sold last week and the entry date is 19th April as no chains are involved and I know when I bought mine years ago I was also in within 4 weeks.

Thanks guys, it wouldn't be so bad if it was a few weeks delayed, would give us a chance to have another pay day to help us out! Fees are a little more than expected, but luckily FIL has some money on standby to save the day
