That's shocking, I hope the people that did it are cought, (prefibly by a mafia type cop that isn't afraid to hand out his own justice!)
The picture of that poor dog with it's nose poking out of the ground, the poor thing would have been teffiried & in agony. I'm in tears for it.

I hope that the person responsible is brought to justice. I find it nauseating that those who condemn the cruelty meted out to this dog wish to inflict the same sort of abuse to humans themselves...........

How would you deal with them then? (given theoretical complete freedom of choice with no legal restraints)

There are laws against cruelty in Malta and they just need to be upheld and seen to be upheld.

The laws should reflect the crimes in my opinion. Horrific crimes should have harsh enough punishments that perpetrators would be scared witless

The worrying part is, if they do this to an animal, what would they do to a defenceless child or indeed an older person

It beggars belief there are those in our society that carry out such atrocities.
