My Wounded Soldier (mastiff)

Tyson was at the vets last night because he had a sore paw. He had split his nail right up into his toe. So i had to leave him there for a couple of hours while he had an operation to remove the nail.
Here he is when he came home last night with his lovely purple bandage......still dopey from the drugs bless him.







He is much better this morning, but is not impressed that he didnt get out for his morning walk. He has a course on antibiotics to take and the vet said he would be really sore.....but he seems to be walking fine on it this morning. :smt001

Bless his little heart, those split nails can be very painful, but he does look splendid with his lovely bandage.

I'm glad he is feeling better today, I expect it will be a while before he is allowed to charge about as normal but at least he is on the mend.

Hope he recovers soon and go out on some lovely walks again Glad to hear he is already walking well on it.
