Off to physio for the first time.

Morning all. Off to physio for the first time at 10.30am this morning - not sure what to expect ?

Have been doing exercises and generally going ok, apart from opening the shoulder joint ( arm out to the side ) and level with shoulder, that is still very stiff and stubborn.

Will let you know how i get on, but apparently I have "TWO" young men - all to myself so I think it will be ok - don't you ?

After the initial questions & answers, they monitored the range of movements. Did a sensory test as I still have pins and needles in my hands. So far so good I thought..... then on to the bed for the physio

Have now established that a fair amount of work still has to be done ( which I knew ) as it is still very stiff. Got myself into a panic as one postition felt as if the arm was going to snap ( silly moo I am )

They do a grand job and are so very patient, I have put my entire trust in Adam
