well dune to all since january i have lost over 4 stone but still a long way to go lol but il get there lol

At weigh-in yesterday I'd lost another 3.2lbs so thats 11.4lbs in 2 weeks

And in the early hours I'm off to Poland for 4 days so hope not to put too much on

My OH Paul, joined weight watchers in 1989 and lost 10 stone in 12 months, he was on the TV, in the newspapers etc. but it was too quick and he soon found it all again. This time he's taking it slowly and it's staying off which is good, his GP agreed that before when he lost all the weight it was the wrong way of doing it and it was guaranteed to go back on again.

omg really i hope it stays of this time for him if any of u r on yahoo or msn messinger and would like to chat on there let me no and we can add oh and a lost another 2lb this week
