Yes, I must admit I do but I need to lose more cos I'm now diabetes type 2 which could well have been brought on by being overweight in the first place!

Right...putting my oversized ass on a diet..fed up with my wobbly belly...having had a baby is NOT AN EXCUSE.

This weight gain didnt happen over night, and I know it isnt going to go overnight either. So I am starting by developing new "habits"

So...from now on

I will from now on, use a side plate for main meals
No "seconds" except for veggies/fruits and salad
Alcohol only at weekends
8 glasses of water per day
maximum of 4 cups of tea per day
5 pieces of fruit/veg
One small treat per day; 2 rich tea biccies, freddo bar, or small "naughty" yoghurt

You'll get there You'd be surprised at how the little things really make a difference!

I dont want to do the WW/Slimming world thing (being in a room of fellow chubbsters and being told off, doesnt really help!) But yes..I shall do this..I shall be a size 10 for my thirtieth (next April..eeeeeekers!)

I go to a"fat club" as I really cant do it on my own if I dont go I have a tendency tocheat ,and believe me no-ne gets told off, we are all there for the same reason and I'm now 39lbs lighter

When I used to go to the meetings before having my son, they didn't tell you off, they were really encouraging and motivating, and people shared their hints and tips

This time, I'm following WW, but doing it on my own at home, and so far seems to be working as I've lost 29.5lbs since New Year
