Well as a personal trainer I have a few tips on staying healthy! But being a dog owner can really help and motivate you to include more exercise into your day then a non dog owner!

Have you considered cycling or bootcamp with your dog or maybe even doggie yoga (doga) if you're feeling adventurous!

I walk - ten miles a day. The dog goes with me of course!
