Tea for me,couple of cups in the morning then I try to drink water for the rest of the day,and another cuppa about 8pm.
Not keen on coffe unless its a cappucino.

i very very rarely have a coffee ..and i haven't drank tea since i was pregant 18 years ago I am a cold drinker like diet coke or friut juice

Funny you should say that BS, I have noticed just lately that after I have had a cup of tea I then start to feel a bit nauseus (sp), wonder if it is something in the tea itself that is causing it.

Tea but only a couple a day otherwise its fizzy flavoured water.
Love the smell of coffee but drinking it gives me really bad stomach ache.
