I have taken Freckles to the vets & yes i took a sample & he tested it and found blood.

He has put her on antibiotics for an infection, he is also going to look at the sample under the microscope just to check there are no crystals.

I have to say though she seems fine in herself, she is eating ok & not really drinking more than usual, still chopsing at me when she wants a biscuit, (bless her)

So hopefully all should be ok, keeping fingers crossed.

Fingers crossed that the results come back clear for crystals. Hope the ABs do the trick.

Spoke to the vet today & there are no crystal in sample, so that is great. All he wants me to do is pop in another sample when she has finished her antibiotics.

He also mentioned giving her some Cranberry juice if she will take it, i told him that is exactly what my doctor tells me when i get water infections, like mother like daughter bless.

Can't knock Cranberry Juice, you can get it mixed with blackcurrent as well, tastes that little bit better. It's good for thrush as well.

Hope she gets better soon, glad she now has antibiotics to help her
