i wish i hada big place and loads of money, these poor dogs.how sad that so many have lead their lives as nothing more than breeding machines and then are passed on to you to sort out. puppy farms shouldbe totally banned,i wish them all loving homes

I'm afraid I have to steer clear of this one..

..they often have Schnauzers and I can't bear to look...

..if I win the premium bonds they will be top of my list....

Do keep up the good work ! I adopted "Fly", a 4 year old tri-colour Border Collie 6 months ago which was brought from somewhere in Wales by the Chiltern Dog Rescue Soc. She was dreadfully timid in the beginning but attached herself to me almost instantly for some reason which I don't understand, and I just couldn't walk away. She is now very much better and improving each day, but there is still work to do. Its difficult but very rewarding. I wish very much that I could find out something about her background, anything would help, but I'm told that there is no history. known.

Paul

What a truly wonderful and compassionate rescue centre this is, you can tell how very much they care.

It brought tears to my eyes seeing all those poor dogs in need, those GSDs all look so scared and pitiful it just breaks your heart.

There are so many in need, I do hope they find homes soon. That Akita in particular and the labbie bitch who was so stretched from breeding, absolutely heartbreaking to the core.

It's such a shame that they don't post their dogs on here. There are such a lot in need too, but it's just the same everywhere
