The garden so far.

All looking a bit ropey at this time. Here eventually I would like grass the whole width and shrubs dotted about and we will put stepping stones all the way down the garden. All the big shrubs will be dug up split and moved.

My wild flower patch and gladioli and lots of weeds that's a job for later.

Beetroot, lettuce and next to Dillon runner beans.

Peas and radishes.

Wild flower patch and gladioli again.

Lots of foxgloves.

Strawberries.

What a fantastic thing to have a garden you have never seen through a whole season..........you will have to see what comes up where and then work in what you want to achieve...........I do envy you.
Is the aim to do sort of "rooms" as they say on gardeners world or as I say bitsa area's - you thinking as it is so long do you want to break it up with shrubs or trellis sort of thing or do you want to go open sight lines????

Hi Kazz there is already stuff I know will be going and other stuff put in. It will be sort of rooms the aim is eventually to have it all grass with the odd border and shrubs and tree's dotted around.
Today I weeded the wild flower bit not much come up so we went out and bought poppies, Echinacea, Nicotania, a lovely tall purple plant the name has gone completely gone out of my mind and two beautiful daisy plants one a deep red and one a lovely lemon. They are dotted about in the border and its looking quite nice. So that chicken wire you could see to keep a certain Dillon off is now gone.
