Help I've lost it....

a video that is....
there was a video of a dog pound in america it was used as fodder for the elections or something i believe. I cant remember what it was called or in which thread it was posted but I need to show it to someone who is thinking about getting a dog and I want to show them some reality and make sure that they are making the right choice.... I dont think they are and want them to see the video so they realise that if they get a dog and they dont get on with it this is what could happen to the poor thing. I know it sounds awful but if it makes them think about it i would feel better.

Was it the really sad one where it showed dogs being put to sleep? I only watched the first bit and I was nearly crying
