Pregnant dog signs

hello everyone i have a two year old female dog she was bread three weeks ago she has swollen vulva large nipples and has been slightly sick today she has not wanted her food and is sleeping alot she is healthy and happy do you think this could mean she is def pregnant xxxxxxxxxxxx

Should shouldnt be able to see signs like that after just 3 weeks. She cant even be scanned till 30 days. Id be inclined to take the dog to the vet. Not saying anything is wrong, but they seem more of advanced signs to me personally.

Yes i thought that but she bread the 11 october and three days before that so surly she could be no further thank you for your answer x

Ruby's had large nipples around 4 weeks I didnt no it at the time but if I go back from wen they where born it was about 4weeks she was also slightly sick but she didn't show obvious signs till she was about 5 weeks hope this helps
