I've solved the mystery...... (gamers will understand)

Oh was on his day off yesterday but when I came home from work the house was surprisingly the same as when I left it that morning.
I don't expect him to do things but no hoovering had been done, the washing up was still on the side not in the dishwasher. Coffee cups lined the sink. The curtains were still drawn in the lounge. The dogs hadn't even gone out for a walk.
It was a bit like the Marie Celeste, what was going on????

The reason...... he's borrowed Halo3 off a friend

So, I'll be talking to myself for the next few weeks til he's completed it! again and again.

Bless.

Life with my ex-husband was like that. He worked from 5pm-10pm, and I worked 8am to 5pm. I would always come home to the house in a worse state than I left it, and the game would be on pause with instructions not to turn it off. He would come home at 10:30, finish the level, and then go out to his friend's house to play on their games console until 4 or 5 in the morning .
What is it with blokes and computer games?

Lol, well thanks to him I am now the proud owner of Nintendo DS and more brain training.
So now apparently he can play Halo in peace lol.

Don't know about this brain ageing business though, but the instructions are blooming hard to start with!
